Le Céladon

My very first Michelin-Star dining experience in Paris!  Le Céladon in Hotel Westminister is quite a fancy place to dine.  Thankfully my friend spoke French, so we didn't stick out like a sore thumb.  For lunch, we were presented with a 3-course pre-fix menu.

The highlight of the meal for me was the lobster bisque. Both in presentation and taste. I thought my main dish was way too small, even by French standard.  My friend really enjoyed his lamb dish. The dessert course was good, but I loved the bite-size patisseries that came after the desserts even more!  Along with the bill was a take away treat of house made marshmallows. Love!

Verdict:  I quite enjoyed my dining experience at this 1 Michelin-starred restaurant. Even though the food wasn't the best that I've had in Paris, the restaurant atmosphere and the impeccable service definitely elevated the dining experience to a different level.  I thought 51 Euros for a 3-course meal here was quite a bargain.
