This fancy patisserie is considered one of the top patisseries in Paris, so of course I had to pay it a visit. The space is modern, monotone and pristine. It lacked the warmth and energy of a typical Parisian patisserie. I was the only customer in the shop at the time, so it felt a bit intimidating to be under the watchful eyes of several perfectly groomed shopkeepers.
The patisseries on displayed looked beautiful, but I was too intimidated to take many photos. I only managed to snap 1 quick shot for the record.
It was breakfast time, so I got the Pain au Chocolat. To be honest, I didn't find the pain du chocolat to be anything special.
Since I didn't try any of the shop's fancier creations, I really can't comment on the quality or tastiness of the patisseries. I am glad I checked it out, but overall it is too fancy of a place for me.
