After talking about trying the rotisserie chicken at Rotisserie Georgette for quite some time, a friend and I finally made plans to go for lunch.
Initially we were going to order the Poulet Frites and the Quail Au Vin Rouge to share, just so we can to try another item on the menu besides the chicken. But after seeing someone else's roasted chicken dish come out of the kitchen, we both decided that there would be no sharing. We cancelled the Quail and got 2 orders of the Poulet Frites.
The dish definitely looked better than it tasted. The chicken, while good, was not amazing. The roasted garlic and the special sauce actually makes the dish. For a place that's supposedly known for its chicken, I expected more. Even the chicken at Charlie Bird was better.
