Chinese Hamburger (@ 石家割包)

This little storefront near the Tong-Hwa Night Market makes the best 割包 (steamed bun stuffed with pork belly, pickled greens, and generous sprinkling of grounded peanut).  Simple, but oh so good!! The steam buns from David Chang's Momofuku doesn't even come close!

You can choose from lean-cut, fatty-cut, or 50/50 for the Pork Belly filling.  I recommend the 50/50, healthier than the fatty-cut, without sacrificing on taste.  I find the lean-cut to be too dry.
