This braised pork belly is a specialty of the restaurant and a definite must-eat. The glistening fatty top layer combined with the lean, tender bottom half make for a super delicious bite! The pork belly is cut table-side and served stuffed inside the steamed buns.
Fried bread rolls served with sweet condensed milk as dipping sauce. Can't really go wrong with this combo!
